The CRM plans are subscription based and you can cancel anytime within your own CRM login.

You may reach out to our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial subscription to submit a written email request for a refund.

We are unable to issue refunds on any subscriptions older than 7 days.

When contacting our support team please provide the following information:

contact us from your Prism AI account email or the email used at purchase.

The last 4 digits of the card that is on file.

The date of the payment.

The dollar amount of the payment.

Your request for a refund must be made within seven (7) days of your purchase.
